Business and Finance will conduct our next training class on?March 13th, 2011, from 8:30 a.m. ? 12:30 p.m. in Room 125 of the Continuing Education building.? If you were hired?recently, need a refresher, or have requested additional training, please register using the HR training calendar (http://www.uncfsu.edu/humres/trainingcalendar.htm).?????

2.?????? How to complete a purchase order
3.?????? How to identify fixed assets
4.?????? How to verify vendor payments
5.?????? Banner short cuts and how to set up ?My Banner?
6.?????? Accounts Payable & Travel procedures
We will also be available to answer questions you may have about Banner Finance or Business Office policies and procedures. ?If you cannot attend this class, we will hold additional classes on the 2nd Tuesday of each month.? This class is a great refresher for other employees or to learn about new policies and procedures.
